These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and x111a ("x111a", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the x111a website at x111a.net and any associated mobile-optimised interface (collectively, "the Platform"), you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the x111a Platform. 2.5 KYC Verification. x111a implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested verification documentation within the timeframe specified by x111a may result in account suspension or closure.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x111a account credentials, including your login email or username and password. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, whether or not you authorised them. You agree to notify x111a immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account.
3.2 Account Closure. You may request closure of your x111a account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any pending bets will be settled before the account balance is returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
3.3 x111a's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts. x111a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account if there is evidence of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) use of prohibited software or betting strategies; (d) collusion; (e) provision of false information; or (f) any other conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. x111a accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. All balances are displayed and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your x111a account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours depending on interbank processing times. x111a is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 5–20 minutes following approval by the x111a payments team. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. x111a may apply minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds. Current limits are displayed within the account cashier section. x111a reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. x111a reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large transactions. Funds deposited to x111a may only be used for gambling purposes on the Platform and may not be used for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
5.1 Promotion Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers made available by x111a are subject to individual terms and wagering requirements which will be stated at the time of offer. General eligibility requires: (a) a verified x111a account; (b) age 18 or older; (c) compliance with these Terms; and (d) the bonus not being claimed on a duplicate account.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds.
5.3 Abuse of Promotions. x111a reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if there is evidence that a Player has exploited or abused a promotion. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, using prohibited betting patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotion terms.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. x111a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus funds already credited to a Player's account will be honoured under the terms active at the time of credit.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on x111a are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. A bet is accepted only when x111a confirms receipt and assigns a valid bet reference. x111a reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of system errors, obvious pricing errors, or attempts to exploit technical malfunctions.
6.2 Void Bets. x111a reserves the right to void bets where: (a) an event is cancelled and not replayed within a reasonable period; (b) a pricing error is demonstrably present; (c) the outcome was influenced by corrupt conduct; or (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets result in the return of the stake to the Player's x111a account balance.
6.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure during a game or betting event, x111a will endeavour to settle all bets fairly based on available data. x111a's decision regarding settlement in cases of technical failure is final.
6.4 Responsible Betting. Players are encouraged to bet within their financial means. x111a provides optional tools to help manage betting activity including deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders. These tools are accessible from within the account settings.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on x111a and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents x111a from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
